       A 19-year-old girl complained of her height is "only" 150 cm. He wants even higher, at least 160 cm, because he wanted to work in an agency that demands a certain height as a condition for entering.

Height 150 cm to 19 years is somewhat less, but a lot of the women in Indonesia with so high. Height is still expected to grow, especially at that age.

Genetic
One thing that needs to be understood first that height is determined by genes. The results of the present study (as reported by AFP on 2 September 2007) states that there are genes that determine a person's height-short.

The gene called HMGA2. Changes in the "letters" in the genetic code HMGA2 base which is a C (cytosine abbreviated) will affect a person's height. Someone who only get C from one of the parents will be higher than an inch only has T (abbreviated from Thymin). Similarly, if someone has a double C will make them one centimeter higher than that has dual T.

There's more genes associated with height. HMGA2 explains only 0.3 percent of high human diversity.

That's why I previously advised, give thanks what God has given, because it is better than you regret. There are many other potential that is in you that you can develop that make you a superior human.

Nutrition
Like building a house, you would need building materials. So also with the body, needs adequate nutrition in order to grow optimally.

Height indicates the nutritional quality of the current childhood first. If the nutritional quality was lacking in childhood used to be, the person is likely to be short in adult life, and vice versa. Sport
